the power of learning

I had the amazing opportunity to travel to southern California to attend a senior photography workshop this past week. Even after 20+ years photographing... I still love learning and being inspired. Not only did I get to travel with a few good photography friends, hang out in a B&B in Topanga Canyon just north of LA and bask in the 90 degree Cali sun while Minnesota was chilly and rainy... I got to be inspired by 4 instructors and industry leaders in senior photography. 

They didn't miss a beat in gathering the most amazing, sweet models and styled them from head to toe. I was on cloud 10 (because it's just a bit higher than cloud 9) as I got to photograph these beauties. The location was equally as stunning.

I wanted to bring home some new inspiration as I begin the 2017 senior season. I am ready... are you?
