HOW DID THEY GROW UP SO FAST? 9 SENIORS WHO I KNEW BACK WHEN...

Oh, how I love this post every year!!!

 

This is when I get to honor these babies I photographed what seemed like yesterday and with a blink of the eye... they turned into seniors! They are now wonderful young ladies and men and ready to go out into the world. Some of them I got to photograph almost every year and watch grow up... some of them went into hiding for several years and came out a new person... but either way... I feel blessed to have gotten to work with them for their senior photos.

 

I always hope this is not the end of the road with these kids. Their families have become like my family. Maybe I will be here long enough to photograph their kids senior photos one day! You just never know!

 

I wish the best for you all in your life's adventures. May they be many!

HAHNS

I get to call this one nephew. I have been so impressed by this young man. He is super smart and talented. (I think he took after his aunt) He graduated this year as Valedictorian of his class... so proud of this one!

THOMAS

Oh I adore this kid. It has been so fun watching him grow up over the years and turn into this fine young man. His family is honestly one of my favorite families ever. Can't wait to see what the future holds for him.

COURTNEY

When I started working with Courtney's family... she was the baby of 6 kids... now there are 7 and I love every one of them. Working with them has been a highlight for me every year now for 15 years. Courtney is as sweet as they come.

JACK

What can I say about Jack other than I adore him. I have worked with he and his sister since they were little and I have always comment on how he is the best big brother ever. I will miss seeing his smiling face.

GRETA

When I think of Greta... I think of sweetness. Like toothache kind of sweetness. I have adored working with her over the years. And her two siblings who got the silly/goofy genes. The three of them always had me laughing. Best of luck next fall Greta!

BEN

What a warm human. Ben's smile could brighten a room. He is the kindest soul... well... his whole family is. I was really blessed for the years I got to work with them. I was so honored to get to photograph his senior photos.

JAMES

James and his brothers have been quite the fun over the years. This past image was so long ago that there were only 3 boy Diebels... and now there are 6! Sessions with them were always a highlight for me.

RILEY

Riley is one of those that I got to work with as a toddler. Back then I couldn't even have imagined how tall and grown up he would be one day. Almost had to pick me up off the floor when I saw him!! But what a wonderful young man he turned out to be.

AINSLEY

Ainsley was a wee one when I first met her!!! I feel like it was just yesterday. She is a quiet and sweet young lady and I really enjoyed our senior session together. I wish the best for her in her future adventures!
